Based on the available information on mol.hu, we hereby inform you that MOL Plc. is undergoing an organizational transformation, as a result of which the group of companies will continue to operate in a holding structure from April 1, 2026. The goal of the transformation is to make our operations more transparent, flexible and efficient, in line with the strategic guidelines of Shape Tomorrow 2030+.

In order to facilitate the transition, MOL Racing Kft. asks its partners to place their orders with us by 26.03.2026 and to pay for the goods by this date. The release of products will operate smoothly between 26.03.2026 and 31.03.2026.

Please note that during the transition period, between 26.03.2026 and 07.04.2026, there may be temporary administrative difficulties, but our colleagues will do their best to provide continuous service. If you facing any problems, please let our sales colleagues know!
